Psalm 103:1-5 ESV – “Bless the Lord, O my soul, and all that is
within me, bless his holy name! Bless the Lord, O my soul, and
forget not all his benefits, who forgives all your iniquity, who heals
all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit, who crowns you
with steadfast love and mercy, who satisfies you with good so that your
youth is renewed like the eagle’s.”

1. You can turn the world right side up when
you SHARE God’s LOVE and THE GOSPEL with
others.
Acts 17:1-4 (ESV) – Now when they had passed
through Amphipolis and Apollonia, they came to
Thessalonica, where there was a synagogue of the
Jews. 2 And Paul went in, as was his custom, and on
three Sabbath days he reasoned with them from the
Scriptures, 3 explaining and proving that it was
necessary for the Christ to suffer and to rise from the
dead, and saying, “This Jesus, whom I proclaim to you,
is the Christ.” 4 And some of them were persuaded and
joined Paul and Silas, as did a great many of the devout
Greeks and not a few of the leading women.

Acts 17:5-9 (ESV) – But the Jews were jealous, and
taking some wicked men of the rabble, they formed a
mob, set the city in an uproar, and attacked the house
of Jason, seeking to bring them out to the crowd. 6 And
when they could not find them, they dragged Jason and
some of the brothers before the city authorities,
shouting, “These men who have turned the world upside
down have come here also, 7 and Jason has received
them, and they are all acting against the decrees of
Caesar, saying that there is another king, Jesus.” 8 And
the people and the city authorities were disturbed when
they heard these things. 9 And when they had taken
money as security from Jason and the rest, they let them
go.

Reasoned – διαλέγομαι;

A. You must HAVE God’s LOVE FOR LOST
people.

John 3:16 (ESV) – For God so loved the world, that he
gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should
not perish but have eternal life.

Romans 5:7-8 (ESV) – For one will scarcely die for a
righteous person—though perhaps for a good person
one would dare even to die— 8 but God shows his
love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ
died for us.

B. You must SHARE THE GOSPEL with
LOST people.

John 17:18 (ESV) – As you sent me into the world,
so I have sent them into the world.

John 20:19-21 (NLT2) – That Sunday evening the
disciples were meeting behind locked doors because
they were afraid of the Jewish leaders. Suddenly,
Jesus was standing there among them! “Peace be
with you,” he said. 20 As he spoke, he showed them
the wounds in his hands and his side. They were
filled with joy when they saw the Lord! 21 Again he
said, “Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me,
so I am sending you.”

Acts 1:8 (ESV) – But you will receive power when
the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be
my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and
Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”

C. You must SHOW God’s LOVE to ALL
people.

1 John 4:10-13 (ESV) – In this is love, not that we
have loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son
to be the propitiation for our sins. 11 Beloved, if God
so loved us, we also ought to love one another. 12 No
one has ever seen God; if we love one another, God
abides in us and his love is perfected in us. 13 By this
we know that we abide in him and he in us, because
he has given us of his Spirit.

John 13:34-35 (NLT) – So now I am giving you a new
commandment: Love each other. Just as I have loved
you, you should love each other. 35 Your love for one
another will prove to the world that you are my
disciples.”

1 Peter 4:7-8 (NLT) – The end of the world is coming
soon. Therefore, be earnest and disciplined in your
prayers. 8 Most important of all, continue to show deep
love for each other, for love covers a multitude of sins.

1 Thessalonians 3:12 (NLT) – And may the Lord make
your love for one another and for all people grow
